The science behind Timeshifter
Timeshifter uniquely combines the only elements that have been shown to significantly reset the circadian clock (light exposure and melatonin), or alleviate the symptoms (melatonin, caffeine, naps).
Light has two main effects – it is a ‘chronobiotic - it will reset the circadian clock, and a ‘stimulant’ – it can help increase alertness.
