How to improve shift work with circadian science

Shift work is hard on employees. It disrupts their sleep, performance, health and safety. In this webinar, our Chief Scientist, Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Steven Lockley, will discuss new and proven ways to improve workplace fatigue and safety. He will discuss real-world examples and evidence of success, and how to implement these actions in your company.

Topics we will discuss:

  • Approaches to shift schedule design

  • Screening for clinical sleep disorders

  • Workplace and home lighting

  • Individualized fatigue solutions

This is a unique chance to learn how to apply sleep and circadian neuroscience to help your shift workers optimize their sleep, alertness, health, and quality of life.

The session will be recorded, so if you can't join us on the day, please register and we will send you an email with a link to watch the recording.

We look forward to you joining us and a great discussion.
