Dark sunglasses
These are invaluable when Timeshifter advises you to “avoid light” while you’re outside or in a brightly lit room. They’re also helpful during times when you’re instructed to sleep but may find it challenging to do so for the full recommended period.
Sleep mask
A sleep mask can help block out light, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep when it’s time to rest, especially if you’re sleeping in a new environment or in a room without blackout curtains.
